Priority Processing Dates

At NWACC, we have priority deadlines each semester to help make sure your financial aid is ready before your tuition and fees are due.  To meet the deadline, you need to:

• Submit your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
• Complete all required steps
• Turn in any requested documents
• Be enrolled in classes
• Be eligible for federal financial aid

Deadlines:

• Fall and Summer: May 1
• Spring: November 1

The FAFSA usually opens on October 1 for the next school year.  For example, the FAFSA for Fall 2027 should be available starting October 1, 2026.
